The Red Lion is a nineteenth century coaching inn situated in the heart of the Shropshire hills. We are in a small hamlet called Longden Common, which is 5 miles South of Shrewsbury. As a family-run freehouse we aim to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, providing traditional pub food which is freshly prepared using locally-sourced produce. We also have our own on site microbrewery with our beers on sale in the pub.
