This coming year will see a huge steps forward in our environmental business's development. The guesthouse has not been available for groups since 2019 as we now live there! Hopefully with our toddler brewery as it learns to act like a proper brew house. But, as you know we will still never supply our brews in single use containers, unless you can compost them! We are also planning big expansions for our gardens to grow even more crops for our menus to use all our compost we now have...
